The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Engineering team in crafting sleek and intuitive products that help our customers find the right stock content faster. Your day-to-day activities will range from refining feature requirements and producing high-fidelity mockups to influencing our design initiatives and leading the development of our UI system. You should have extensive experience with design and wireframing tools, and you should be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

As a Senior Product Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and maintenance of our design system.
  • Coordinating and communicating our overall design strategy across the organization.
  • Collaborating with our Product team to refine feature requirements.
  • Creating and presenting prototypes that demonstrate product functionality and appearance to internal stakeholders.
  • Producing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for user interfaces.
  • Supporting Software and QA Engineers as they implement and test your designs.
  • Iterating on designs by leveraging user feedback and engagement data.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting design problems such as mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, User Experience Engineer, or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge of design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Suite.
  • Experience implementing a design system across a suite of products.
  • Portfolio of UX and design projects.

These preferred skills will set you apart from other candidates:

  • Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working on a fully remote team.
  • Experience working in the media licensing or music licensing industry.
